Can I still register if the session I want for my child filled?

With our new online registration system, you will be able to see if a session has been filled. When a session is marked at as filled, we are not able to accept additional campers for that session. Thank you for your understanding.

Online camp registrations must be completed 24 hours in advance of the start of the session.  Online registration automatically closes after this deadline.

How old does my child need to be to attend camp?

Our preschool camp is available to children who are 4 or 5 years old and have not yet attended Kindergarten. Nature Camp sessions are available to children in K – 5th grade. Art Camp is open to children in K - 8th grades.  For all camps, campers grade is determined by what grade they are entering into the Fall.

What should my child bring to camp?

Children should bring a sack lunch and a drink to the first day of camp. If desired, parents are encouraged to apply bug spray and sunscreen to their children before leaving home. Each child also needs to have a completed emergency contact form on file by the first day of camp. Parents of registered campers may download an emergency contact form on our summer camp page. Parents will receive more detailed information about camp activities from their child’s camp educator.

Do you accept students with disabilities into your summer camp program?

We strive to be inclusive as possible of all campers, within the capacity of our staff and facilities.  We are happy to discuss accommodations that your child would need in order to participate in summer camp activities.  We encourage parents of a child with a disability to contact us prior to enrolling in camp to discuss their child's specific needs.  Regardless of disability or impairment, all children are expected to abide by our Positive Behavior Plan in order to ensure the safety of all campers and to create positive experience for all.

To discuss any concerns I may have about my child’s ability to participate in camp activities, who should I contact?
