We are so incredibly thankful for all of the ways our supporters continue to engage with our mission of inspiring a greater connection to the outdoors. So many have asked us if they can help by creating a fundraiser on Facebook or reaching out to their friends and family for support.
There are so many ways to share your love of Asbury Woods and to encourage your friends to share in your passion of environmental education, outdoor recreation, and protection of natural spaces. Here are just a few:
Invite a friend to go on a hike with you on the trails. Show them your favorite spots along the path and enjoy the calming effects of being in nature together.
Share our social media posts with your friends and family. We post about environmental education, nature photography, and things happening at Asbury Woods.
Asbury Woods on Social Media:
A Facebook fundraiser is an easy way to ask your social network to support the cause you love. Share with your friends and family why Asbury Woods means so much to you. You can also ask for a donation to Asbury Woods instead of gifts with a birthday fundraiser.
Facebook fundraisers are great for four reasons.
Setting up a Facebook fundraiser is simple. To create a fundraiser for Asbury Woods Click Here.
Instagram is also a great platform to raise funds for Asbury Woods. Since Facebook owns Instagram, your transactions are secured and we receive 100 percent of the funds. Just like on Facebook, it’s easy to ask your network to support your favorite cause with a donation sticker.
Each story lasts for 24 hours. If you’re thinking of a multi-day fundraiser, you’ll have to post a new story each day to keep it going. You can check out our story on Instagram about how to add the Donate Sticker to your story too.
Book a birthday party, family celebration, corporate event, holiday party, or wedding ceremony at Asbury Woods. We have indoor classrooms, outdoor pavilions, and intimate ceremony spaces available to rent.
We offer unique birthday party offerings and this fall is the perfect time to celebrate. An outdoor, nature-inspired birthday party held outside is a great way to host a party for your small group.
New this year: low-ropes course! The course is ideal for a birthday party for older kids or for team building for organizational teams and departments.
