Start your Fridays with a relaxed hike through the woods. It’s a great way to learn the trail system on Asbury Woods’ 205 acres. This hike is designed ages 60+ and while it’s not strenuous, there are ruts, rocks and roots on the trails. Try out hiking poles to help with stride and balance while burning a few extra calories. Please wear sturdy shoes and dress for the weather. Not sure about walking on the trails? You can always enjoy a self-guided walk along our boardwalk, which provides an even walking surface. 6:45 a.m. sign up with 7:00 a.m. and hike for 40-60 minutes.
